Jaipur, Pushkar and Jodhpur Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Description : Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be picked from the airport, railway station, or bus stand and transferred to your hotel. After some rest, proceed for an afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the magnificent City Palace, the astronomical wonder Jantar Mantar, the iconic Hawa Mahal, the historic Albert Hall Museum, and the serene Birla Temple. In the evening, you may choose to experience the vibrant culture and traditional Rajasthani cuisine at Chokhi Dhani (on direct payment basis). Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaipur.
Day 2
Description : After breakfast, we begin our day with a visit to the majestic Amer Fort, followed by the impressive Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort. These architectural marvels not only showcase the grandeur of Rajputana history but also offer stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. After exploring these iconic forts, return to your hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 3
Description : Up, uppity up! After an early breakfast, we set off for Pushkar, with a brief stop in Ajmer to visit the revered Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Continuing onward, we arrive in Pushkar and check in to the hotel. Pushkar is famed for the sacred Brahma Temple, built in the 14th century, uniquely dedicated to Lord Brahma - the Creator of the Universe. Perched on a high platform near the serene Pushkar Lake, it is the only temple of its kind in the world. A city of pilgrimage, Pushkar is home to over 500 temples and ghats, and is also famous for its vibrant annual Camel Fair. Spend the evening exploring the spiritual charm of the town. Overnight stay in Pushkar.
Day 4
Description : After breakfast, we check out early from the hotel and depart for Jodhpur - the iconic Blue City of Rajasthan (190kms / 3.5hrs). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for a sightseeing tour. Begin with a visit to the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, perched on a hilltop and accessed through a series of grand gates such as Jayapol, Fatehpol, and Loha Pol. Within the fort, explore its stunning palaces, including Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Sukh Mahal (Pleasure Palace), and Phool Mahal (Flower Palace), each showcasing the opulence of Rajput architecture. Continue to Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble cenotaph built in 1899 in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 5
Description : Take an early breakfast and check out from hotel and drive towards the desert city Jaisalmer. Upon arrival check into your Hotel. Later visit the Jaisalmer Fort which is made by unique Golden Lime stone, that's why its known as Golden Fort or Sonar Qilla. Post that we visit the beautiful Gadisar Lake if time permits (The lake closes at 7pm). Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.
Day 6
Description : After breakfast we checkout from the hotel to explore Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmal-ki-haveli. Salim singh-ki-Haveli. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings and filigreed work. Then we get transferred to the most exciting part of our Jaisalmer Trip - Desert Camping! Arrive at the Desert Camp and Checkin. In evening experience camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes & then get ready to be mesmerized the spectacular view of Sun set in Thar desert. Enjoy cultural program with folk dance, music, and dinner at the camp Overnight stay at desert camp.
Day 7
Description : After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Mount Abu. Arrive by evening and check in to your hotel. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in Mount Abu.
Day 8
Description : After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for a half-day local sightseeing tour of Mount Abu. Visit the renowned Dilwara Jain Temples, the serene Nakki Lake, and the unique Toad Rock viewpoint. In the afternoon, depart for Udaipur. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in the City of Lakes.
Day 9
Description : After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, embark on a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Visit the majestic City Palace, the sacred Jagdish Temple, and enjoy the scenic beauty of Lake Pichola (boating available at an additional cost). Explore the local market, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir, Lake Fatehsagar, Under the Sun Aquarium, and Shilpgram. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay in Udaipur, immersing yourself in the city's rich culture and breathtaking attractions.
Day 10
Root : Udaipur - Ranthambore
Description : After Breakfast In Morning Our vehicle will Pick you From Hotel & Drive to Ranthambhore. In Evening Reach in Ranthambhore. Checkin at the resort and relax, unwind. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 11
Description : In the morning set off for an early morning canter/Jeep safari at the Ranthambore National Park, the former royal hunting ground and home to marsh crocodiles, tigers and leopards. Later, we head out to explore the iconic Ranthambore Fort, one of the six majestic forts recognized under UNESCO's World Heritage Site. Dating back to the 10th century, the fort sprawls across the Aravalli Hills and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the national park and its serene lakes. While at the fort, we also visit the revered Ganesh Temple, which attracts hundreds of devotees every day. After the sightseeing, proceed to Jaipur for your onward journey (Approx. 177Kms /3.5hrs). Drop will be arranged at Jaipur Airport/Railway/Bus Stop Station as per your schedule

Payments Terms
- Booking Terms:-

- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
- Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
- All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 12:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
- Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
- The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request for escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
- AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
- AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
- Travel Himalayaz will not be responsible for any cancellation in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
- Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION:-
- For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).
- HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
- · Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.
- · You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in
- · Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.
- · Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.
- · rooms are subject to availability. If not available then a similar category room will be provided. All our Tours are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us.
- Booking Condition & Booking Process:

- · No discount will be provided after confirmation of package.
- · The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
- · Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
- · Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
- PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-
- For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
- INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- CANCELLATIONS:-
- If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
- There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
- If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
- Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
- The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
- The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
- Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
- 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Travel Himalayaz Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Himachal Pradesh, India.
