Day 1

Jaipur Pick up - Jaipur Local Sightseeing

Root : Jaipur - Jaipur
Description : Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be picked from the airport, railway station, or bus stand and transferred to your hotel. After some rest, proceed for an afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Visit the magnificent City Palace, the astronomical wonder Jantar Mantar, the iconic Hawa Mahal, the historic Albert Hall Museum, and the serene Birla Temple. In the evening, you may choose to experience the vibrant culture and traditional Rajasthani cuisine at Chokhi Dhani (on direct payment basis). Overnight stay at your hotel in Jaipur.

Day 2

Jaipur - (Amer, Nahargarh, and Jaigarh Fort)

Description : After breakfast, we begin our day with a visit to the majestic Amer Fort, followed by the impressive Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort. These architectural marvels not only showcase the grandeur of Rajputana history but also offer stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. After exploring these iconic forts, return to your hotel to relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 3

Jaipur - Bikaner(Sightseeing) - Bikaner

Root : Jaipur - Bikaner
Description : Post a hearty early Breakfast, we check out from the Hotel. Our Cab Will Pick you & Drive to Bikaner (Approx 334kms / 5.5hrs). Once checked in to the hotel and freshened up. We head-out to explore the quaint city called Bikaner- we start with Junagarh Fort: Explore the magnificent fort with its palaces, courtyards, and intricate architecture. Then heading to visit - Rampuria Haveli: Admire the beautifully preserved havelis (historic mansions) with their unique architecture and intricate details. Concluding the day by visiting the famous Karni Mata Temple (Deshnok): A short drive south of Bikaner, this temple is known for its unique association with rats, considered sacred by locals. If time permits Return back to the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Bikaner - Jaisalmer Transfer

Root : Bikaner - Jaisalmer
Description : After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaisalmer(approx.330 / 4.5hrs). Arrive and check in to your hotel. Visit the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, built from golden-hued limestone, giving it the name 'Golden Fort' or Sonar Qila. You may also visit the serene Gadisar Lake(if time permits) (please note the lake closes at 7 PM). Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 5

Jaisalmer sightseeing - Sam Dunes (Desert Camp)

Root : Jaisalmer - Sam
Description : After breakfast we checkout from the hotel to explore Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmal-ki-haveli. Salim singh-ki-Haveli. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings and filigreed work. Then we get transferred to the most exciting part of our Jaisalmer Trip - Desert Camping! Arrive at the Desert Camp and Checkin. In evening experience camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes & then get ready to be mesmerized the spectacular view of Sun set in Thar desert. Enjoy cultural program with folk dance, music, and dinner at the camp Overnight stay at desert camp.

Day 6

Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (Sightseeing) - Jodhpur (approx 266kms / 4hrs)

Root : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
Description : After breakfast, we check out early from the hotel and depart for Jodhpur - the iconic Blue City of Rajasthan (approx 266kms / 4hrs). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for a sightseeing tour. Begin with a visit to the majestic Mehrangarh Fort, perched on a hilltop and accessed through a series of grand gates such as Jayapol, Fatehpol, and Loha Pol. Within the fort, explore its stunning palaces, including Moti Mahal (Pearl Palace), Sukh Mahal (Pleasure Palace), and Phool Mahal (Flower Palace), each showcasing the opulence of Rajput architecture.Then we cover the famous - Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. Continue to Jaswant Thada, a beautiful marble cenotaph built in 1899 in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II (if time permits). Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 7

Jodhpur to Udaipur (Half day Sightseeing)

Root : Jodhpur - Udaipur
Description : After a delightful breakfast at the hotel, embark on your journey to Udaipur - the enchanting City of Lakes (approx. 245Kms / 4.5hrs). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel, freshen up, and begin your sightseeing tour. Start with a visit to the magnificent City Palace and the sacred Jagdish Temple. Enjoy the picturesque views of Lake Pichola, where you may also opt for a peaceful boat ride (on direct payment basis). Conclude the day with a visit to the vibrant local markets for some shopping. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Udaipur, soaking in the city's rich heritage and captivating charm.

Day 8

Udaipur - Chittorgarh Day Excursion

Root : Udaipur - Udaipur
Description : After breakfast we start for a full day excursion to Chittorgarh. Chittorgarh is the epitome of Rajput pride, romance and spirit. It reverberates with history of heroism and sacrifice, which is evident as it echoes with the tales sung by the Bards of Rajasthan. The main reason for visiting Chittorgarh is its massive hilltop fort, which is a depiction of Rajput culture and values. The fort stands on a 240-hectares site on an 180m high hill that rises rapidly from the plains below. Evening return back to Udaipur. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 9

Udaipur (Visit to Saheliyon Ki Bari & Fatehsagar Lake) & Drop

Root : Udaipur - Udaipur
Description : After a hearty breakfast at the hotel we check-out and proceed for the sightseeing of Udaipur which would include visit to Saheliyon ki Bari and Fatehsagar Lake. Following sightseeing , you will be transferred to Udaipur airport/Railway Station/Bus Stop.

Payments Terms

Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 12:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request for escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
Travel Himalayaz will not be responsible for any cancellation in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:-
For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).
HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
· Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.
· You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in
· Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.
· Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.
· rooms are subject to availability. If not available then a similar category room will be provided. All our Tours are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us.
Booking Condition & Booking Process:
· All the payment has to be made in Favor of Travel Himalayaz Private Limited." Through DD/Cash /Cheque, NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card payable at New Delhi.
· 25% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
· 50% pay after the all confirmation regarding your booking or before give you’re the service voucher.
· 25% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date
· The package cannot be combined with any other offers
· No discount will be provided after confirmation of package.
· The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
· Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
· Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-
For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS:-
If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Travel Himalayaz Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Himachal Pradesh, India.
