Agra, Jaipur and New Delhi Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Root : Delhi - Delhi
Description : Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station / Bus Station, you will be picked up by the Designated vehicle. You will then be transferred to your hotel for check-in. After freshening up, begin your exploration of Delhi with visits to: 1. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib – a serene and spiritually significant Sikh shrine Akshardham Temple – a stunning example of modern Indian architecture and spirituality 2. India Gate – the iconic war memorial and a symbol of national pride After sightseeing, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3
Description : After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway, a smooth and scenic drive of approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arrival in Agra, check into your hotel and freshen up. Later, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city's Mughal marvels: Agra Fort - a grand red sandstone fortress and former royal residence of the Mughal emperors Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb - often called the 'Baby Taj', known for its intricate marble inlay work Taj Mahal - the world-renowned symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal (Note: Depending on arrival time, the Taj Mahal visit may be scheduled for sunrise the next morning) After the tour, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Agra.
Day 4
Description : After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan, also known as the Pink City. En route, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri, the fascinating abandoned Mughal capital. Explore its key attractions: Jama Masjid - one of the largest mosques of the era Jodha Bai's Palace - a blend of Hindu and Mughal architectural styles Birbal Bhawan - the residence of Emperor Akbar's trusted advisor Panch Mahal - a five-storey palace offering panoramic views Buland Darwaza - the imposing 54-meter high gateway, a symbol of Mughal grandeur After the visit, continue your drive to Jaipur. Day 5
Description : After a hearty breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the magnificent Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its artistic blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Enjoy a scenic elephant ride or jeep ride up to the fort (Direct Payment). Payments Terms

- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.
- Travel insurance & Rescue Cost is not Include in the packages Cost
- All present applicable taxes are included but if any changes occur in present tax structure then the difference will be charged to the clients accordingly.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 12:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check- out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
- Entrance fee, parking and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- Itinerary once booked will not be modified. In case any changes would be required then clients need to check with the tour executives and any charges applicable will be paid by the clients.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar category.
- Children below 5 years are complimentary sharing parent’s bed. (Milk/Food for infant below 5 years is chargeable and amount can be paid at the hotel).
- The booking price does not include: Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees etc.
- Most of the hotels do not have escalators installed at the premises. So if there’s any request for escalators then please do check with us prior confirming your booking.
- AC will not be functional anywhere in hilly areas in the vehicles.
- AC / fan will not be available in the hotels in hilly areas so please check with us if you have any such request before confirming your booking.
- Travel Himalayaz will not be responsible for any cancellation in the land arrangements due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, political insurgencies, strikes etc.
- Gala dinner charges are not included in the package price unless clearly mentioned. Many hotels make gala dinners mandatory during festivals like Christmas and New Year. Such charges are to be paid by guests directly at the hotel and are non-refundable.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION:-
- For Package confirmation you need to deposit 50% Payment. We will issue the booking voucher only at the receipt of 50% Payment. Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will be considered as Cancelled. (Please do email the screenshot of the mode of advance payment for our records).
- HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
- · Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.
- · You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in
- · Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.
- · Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.

- Booking Condition & Booking Process:

- · No discount will be provided after confirmation of package.
- · The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
- · Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
- · Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
- PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-
- For postpone / pre-pone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
- INR 3000/- will be charged extra for pre-pone / postpone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- CANCELLATIONS:-
- If the Client wishes to amend or cancel the booking for any reason including death, accident, illness, or personal reasons (including non-payment of the balance amount), the Company reserves the right to recover applicable cancellation charges.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The advance amount paid is non-refundable, in addition to the forfeiture of the tour deposit amount.
- There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
- If any amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the Company will recover applicable cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy.
- Any amendment to the original booking must be submitted in writing. Changes will only be processed after the Company's receipt of the same.
- The mentioned cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours published by the Company. For additional services such as air/train tickets or third-party products, cancellation terms of the respective provider will apply.
- The Company also reserves the right to recover service charges incurred while booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
- Further cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: Advance amount is non-refundable.
- 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 14 to 07 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 07 to 01 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the tour packages booked through Travel Himalayaz Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at Himachal Pradesh, India.
